Stetson Ridge is situated in the south-central part of the island and is comprised of around forty large, newer homes on generous lots. Adding to its allure, Stetson Ridge real estate is perched high on a hill affording some residences fantastic views of Seattle. The first homes in Stetson Ridge were constructed in the early 2000s by Landmark Homes. Soon after Chaffey Homes built two cul-de-sacs in the neighborhood, and in 2007 and 2008 Western Devco added a handful of custom homes to the neighborhood as well. 

Today, properties in Stetson Ridge typically range in size from 3,500 square feet to over 5,000 square feet of living space. Additionally, lots in the community start at half an acre and can be larger than 1.25 acres.
